Order Confirmation and Payment

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully processed for the order to proceed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected at delivery. A COD order may therefore be confirmed while its payment status remains pending.

Customers are responsible for paying the final order total displayed at checkout, including applicable product prices, shipping charges and COD fees.

An order confirmation does not mean that a COD payment has already been collected.

Order Cancellations

Customers may submit cancellation requests through their customer accounts where the option is available and the order is eligible. Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean the order has been cancelled. Customers should wait for confirmation of the cancellation.

For orders cancelled before payment has been collected, no refund is due for the unpaid amount.

For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery. An order may show payment pending until the payment has been collected and recorded.
